MOZAABI ENTERPRISES
Mozaabi Enterprises was founded and is led by Mouza M. Al Zaabi, an Emirati entrepreneur with over 20 years of professional experience across business development, strategic partnerships, asset management, project management, M&A, and governance.
Mouza guides the company’s major commercial and strategic decisions — business expansion, procurement facilitation, transactions, and commercial growth initiatives. She serves as a Board Member of RAK Properties, contributing to governance, investment, and strategic oversight.
As serial entrepreneur, she is the founder and owner of multiple UAE businesses across sectors. Her corporate career includes over nine years with Tawazun Council, spanning project management, M&A, joint ventures, business development, asset management, and strategic partnerships. She holds an MBA in Management & Marketing from Abu Dhabi University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA).
